Ecowagon 2021 T6.1 Demo Van Making Tracks with BF Goodrich

Back in the summer of ’21 Ecowagon teamed up with BF Goodrich at the Boardmasters festival in Newquay, Cornwall.

The partnership was simple. BF Goodrich asked if they could adorn our 2021 VW T6.1 demo van with their “Celebrating 150 years of BF Goodrich” livery. Yes, great, of course. We didn’t stop there though. Supplied by them were a set of rugged All-Terrain tyres fitted to 17″ KMC Hole Shots to finish off the cool look. Then BF Goodrich featured our van in their promo video. If you know what we get up to then you’ll be accustomed with our high-spec vans. Based on a LWB T6.1 Highline our demo van is finished in Pure Grey with a 204bhp diesel motor, 4-motion, sat-nav, park assist, towbar, adaptive cruise control, LED headlights, factory swivels, cab carpet, power latch doors, tailgate and diff lock – it’s quite a well specified base van.

We then carried out our superlative Expo+ conversion and added a few basic extras… full VB air suspension, Mira electric shower with Mocabu shower enclosure, a rear mounted ladder with spare wheel, fuel cannister and of course those excellent alloys.

It certainly has had some admiring glances and lots of attention, especially at Boardmasters. We’re looking to creating our next demo van and who knows who we might team up with.
